Organic Cherry Tomato



The Cherry tomato is cultivated using the dry-farming system between the Altamura and Spinazzola countryside (Apulia). It is selected and the stems are manually removed by the farmers. The Cherry tomato is washed raw, untouched and stored in jars with the addition of water and salt and then pasteurised.

Conservation: If organic the cherry tomato is well preserved, the recommended duration is around twelve months, without any preservatives. Once opened, keep the jar in the fridge, and consume within 3/4 days.

Ingredients: cherry tomatoes, water and Margherita di Savoia salt.
