The taralli with natural yeast and extra virgin olive oil maintain an unexpected fragrance that remains unchanged over time. The taralli are called “heated” because while still raw they are immersed in boiling water for about a minute and then, before being put into the oven, slowly left to air dry.
Tarallo is the synthesis of three key products of Apulian agriculture: wheat, extra virgin olive oil and wine. A synthesis that, closed in a ring, reconciles us with the territory. Different flavors available: natural, wholemeal, fennel, sesame, chilli pepper, onions, olives and calzone.

Without the addition of preservatives, the taralli, if well preserved, have a recommended shelf life of 6 months.

Flour type “00”, white wine, extra virgin olive oil, salt and natural yeast.
